Specific expertise in climate change financing, application of digital technologies (including Mobility as a Service), low carbon transport solutions and global development issues in transport Leading expert in urban transport development, with 23 project developments - 12 reaching financial closure - covering Metro, LRT, BRT, bus, access/integration, NMT, TOD/LVC, advanced technology, EVehicles and associated policy/institutional capacity building and development, including climate change financing, social development, environmental, contract documentation and low carbon solutions.I have been dealing substantively with REAL climate change projects and policy since 2010, through (i) in 2011 securing the largest climate change financing (Climate Investment Fund/Clean Technology Fund) of USD150million for Vietnam - additional financing for two projects on integration works and policy for Hanoi Metro and HoChiMinh City MRT Line 2 projects, (ii) identifying, developing and financing for 12 urban mobility projects - Metro, LRT, BRT, bus systems, eMobility - worth over USD 8 billion (2010-2019)
