As a seasoned litigator with experience trying complex commercial and high-exposure tort claims, I have represented clients in arbitration and regulatory proceedings pending before FINRA and the SEC, in addition to state and federal court. I also counsel clients concerning compliance with FINRA and SEC regulation, including mandatory disclosures such as FINRA's forms U4 and U5, Rule 8210 requests, and SEC subpoenas.
