• Leading role in Exit process (management meetings and due diligence process) as well as buy-side acquisitions.
• Designed and completed a pragmatic integration process to align with new owner post acquisition. The completion of this integration process is the reason why I am currently available for a new opportunity.

• Playing a prominent role in the M&A transaction in which Visma acquired Raet. The subsequent organizational restructuring focusing on synergies, took away a layer of management, including my function.
• During this exit process, I achieved some added value operational improvements: o Setting up a project control office to improve control of complex implementation and development projects.o Starting a change control.

• Responsible for Finance and IT and part of local management team at Pipelife Netherlands. Pipelife manufactures commodity and specialist pipe systems and is part of a large listed Austrian company. Direct reports 6.
• Introduced KPI dashboards using Business Intelligence, resulting in improved cost control, commercial opportunities as well as improved budgeting.
• Implemented a new pension arrangement and new HR system.
• Outsourced IT activities to a Shared Service Center.
• Participated in two acquisitions.
