Assessed current state, identified actual competencies, skill levels, and behaviours, defined future state based on strategic goals, identified gaps at the organizational, role and individual level. Created a roadmap to close gaps and prioritized design and development of training elements

-Assisted in the development of a growth strategy for a Fortune 500 B2B Services company. The objective of the project was to identify non-core business to drive transformational growth. Phase 1 of the project involved a detailed market assessment, competitive analysis, opportunity identification and assessment. Phase 2 involved identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities across sub-verticals and functional offerings which resulted in an additional $2MM revenue for the client.-Assisted in the development of a U.S. market entry strategy for a Canadian Home Infrastructure company that was owned by one of the world’s largest infrastructure investment firms. The objective of the project was to pursue entry into the U.S. through a targeted large market approach.
