UVH is a consulting firm formed to assist companies reach corporate goals by better understanding their financial performance and balance sheet management. We work with companies to improve their access to capital markets to lower costs and fund growth, both organically and through acquisitions. UVH also works closely with community banks throughout the region to assist in their portfolio growth and diversification through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing relationships. This is accomplished through direct origination for these client banks as well as sales and prospecting training for their commercial banking employees.

Responsible for the commercial banking sales effort in the state of WV, eastern KY, and southeast OH. Managed 4 commercial banking teams located in Columbus/Lancaster OH, Cambridge/Zanesville OH, Marietta OH/Parkersburg WV and Huntington/Charleston WV & Ashland KY.

Managed the commercial banking division for the state of WV, eastern KY, and southwest OH. Prior to taking the lead position within commercial banking, managed the commercial real estate lending group for the same geographic territory.

Managed a CRE banking team covering the state of WV and areas in contiguous states.
