Supported Install efforts in a wide variety of rolls working closely with managers and onsite contractors. Responsibilities include design and coordination of small projects to support site maintenance needs as well as new project installs. Scope includes initiating project design, soliciting bids, awarding and issuing Purchase Requisitions, and working with contractors to completion. Work closely with site Health and Safety individuals in varying aspects from Zero-Impacts Task Forces to onsite traffic alterations. Coordination of contractor laydown space throughout the facility as well as management of storage facilities under the current project scope. Work closely with PMs to assist in developing site traffic regulations and implement those plans making the necessary equipment changes. Maintain facilities which are currently under our project scope, overseeing both preventative maintenance programs and general repairs.

Project Management – Responsible for Cost and Financial Analysis to include tracking of expenditures, pending change orders, cost at completion, profit margin projections and negotiation of material buyouts. Multiple projects included a $4 million, high priority job to insulate a new manufacturing facility. Ensured all projects came in on-time and within budget. Project Engineering - Created overall project schedules building project look-ahead’s pertaining to material purchases, labor need curves and project completion percentages. Responsible for identifying changes in project schedules as they apply to productivity impacts and additional costs. Identified scope changes necessary to meet customer needs, quantified the impacts and coordinated change order requests. Identified potential productivity issues on multiple projects in order to quantify potential monetary losses or gains and formulate action plans to minimize the overall impacts. Project Estimation – Analyzed blueprints, determined material needs and labor estimates to meet project specifications and customer needs. Estimated and secured over 60 projects of varying sizes and scopes. Average profit margins of 20%.

Assistant Project Manaer, Fulton Homes:Working as an Assistant superintendent with a primary focus on interior finishing and project finalization while implementing and conducting a fast paced construction schedule. Personally responsible for management of multiple home sites with overall project values nearing $8 million. Day to day communication with subcontractor superintendents as well as supervising and directing my internal team. Coordination with vendors to ensure all orders are processed and delivery is coordinated to fit a demanding construction schedule. Further responsibilities include daily construction schedule adjustments pertaining to each home site as well as assuring product quality and meeting product and engineering specifications.
