* Responsible for leading 3 supervisors, 3 leads and 20+ team members conducting daily maintenance activities, reliability, and availability of a 210bbl/day natural gas liquids fractionation plant and underground storage field. *Implemented comprehensive, proactive industrial maintenance and repair activities (laser alignment, vibration analysis, temp analysis, ultrasonic, electrical IR scanning, and oil analysis). * Eliminated unplanned downtime, facility didn't go down for over 3 years.* Initiated upgrade of O2/NOX stack sensors and calibration procedure/expectation to ensure 100% compliance/100% of the time. * Initiated discussion and set expectation to develop and implemented annual mechanical integrity inspection program rather than waiting for required 5 year inspection. Reduced budget risk for repairs, better visibility, reduced items annually which made team success. *Championed/ownership of local CMMS.

* Expanded from 1 location to 3 by 2000.* Increased from $700K to $1.5MM in just over a year at initial location.* Developed and implemented employee training, evaluation, incentive pay and development programs.* Lead real estate search, design, construction, finance, hiring, training, etc. on 2 new additionallocations.
