As the PM/Technical Delivery Manager (TDM), I am responsible for leading multi-discipline technical teams to conduct research and discovery, design and migration activities to transition a large complex mission critical enterprise application to the customer's AWS hosting platform. This application has more than 20,000 users on two respectable networks hosted on physical hardware with over 1,600 servers across 4 data centers. In addition, I oversee O&M projects to sustain and/or improve the health of each system hosted in a rogue data center within a network enclave.

Managed and supported high visibility projects and support to the Front Office (FO) within an IT operations and maintenance and software development organization for an enterprise critical messaging application. Tailored the Project Management Framework (PMF) to manage each project through each project process group while adhering to the customer's unique governance processes, policies, and procedures.

Provided SI/PI support to data center renovation projects and analyzed new data center hardware hosting requirements from mission partners. Work with Project Managers and engineers to create project control gate briefings, renovation designs and documentation for new construction, power and cooling components, and IT infrastructure.

Provided circuit design and documentation services in support of the customer's secure and non-secure networks infrastructure at customer sites within the WMA. Interfaced with customers and performed site surveys in customer space, LAN closets and data centers to propose technical solutions to satisfy customer requirements.

Responsibility was to work with Facilities Support (FS) and project teams on facilities and IT related projects throughout a (3) million square foot facility and other sites within the Washington Metropolitan Area (WMA). Implemented AutoCAD and architectural best practices and standards to existing as-built drawings and construction documentation.

Supported a project team of architects in the commercial real estate industry using AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, and Adobe products for graphical presentations. Participated in team-oriented design process and managed the coordination and production of construction documents for several projects simultaneously. Acquired a practical understanding of all disciplines involved such as Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Structural and Civil engineering as well as building codes/standards.
