Main & Main Development provides BTS services for all of it's clients. They specialize in Restaurant and Retail Development and provide services from Due Diligence through Construction.Responsible for accurate timely budgets for both soft and hard costs on each project.Responsible for the hiring of all Consultants and negotiating contracts.Manage Prototype architect and engineers to create an accurate and up to date set of Construction Documents for each client.Conduct all meetings with each municipality to confirm their requirements for the most time effective process in getting a project ready for construction.Represent the client at all required P&Z and City Council meetings.Manage and monitor the Bid Process as well as Negotiating the Construction Contract with the successful GC.Responsible for Construction Site visits to monitor schedule and quality of construction.Coordinating Client vendor product installation with construction completion.Processing of all Construction Contract documents (RFI's, Change Orders, Pay Applications, Final Acceptance and Final Pay Apps).

Construction Manager for Michaels Stores, Inc for the East Coast and Eastern half of Canada.Responsible for preparing project timelines and budgets for stores being presented to real estate committee.Negotiated all consultant contracts.Managed the Design Development process on all stores as well as the Construction Management.Managed the Bid Process and negotiated Construction Contracts.Reviewed all GC documentation for all projects.Conducted Final Turnover for store openings.

Managed the Property Development Process for several restaurant concepts.Confirned company real estate requirements were adhered to and if necessary made appropriate revisions with Landlords/Sellers.Met with municipalities and AHJ's to coordinate all costs and timelines to provide a seamless project from Real Estate to Opening the doors.Develop budgets and timelines for presentation to Restaurant Committees.

Managed all consultants for each project (Geotechnical, Architectural and Civil Engineers).Responsible for maintaining Retailer Prototype Plans and incorporating changes.Preparation of GC Bid Packages and negotiated contracts with GC's.Provided Construction Management of all projects as well as being responsible for all CM accounting (Pay applications, change orders, project turnover and start up and Final Acceptance).
