As CIO, Robert leads the designing, integration, and customizations of all IT innovative raining programs and learning pathways. Robert helps to drive innovation and creative programs, pedagogical teaching methods, and partnerships to ensure equitable opportunities and effective learning outcomes for the thousands of trainees for whom NPower serves. Robert is a renowned speaker and advocate for equity in technology, generative A.I. and financial literacy. Prior to joining NPower, Inc., Robert has served as Chief Information Security Officer, Global Risk Manager, Chief Security Architect, Academic Dean, founder of a successful cyber security start-up, global trainer, and curriculum designers for major companies such as General Motors, Globe Life, New Horizons, Virginia College, Global Knowledge, and Netscale Systems. Robert is the former founder of Internetworking Dynamics a leading cybersecurity consulting practice which was sold for $10 million dollars to a fortunate 100 company. Robert holds 3 graduate degrees (MS in Cybersecurity, MBA, and M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instructional design) along with over 40 IT professional certifications including industry leading certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, OSCP, CCIE, SABSA Architect, and others.
