Thorough and experienced Estimator working primarily on Commercial Tenant Improvement projects. Excited to be continuing this adventure with MTi Construction Inc.With M.A. Nourse Inc...I started out doing general labor and cleanup on jobsites while going to school. When I was able to work full time I was given more responsibility and took on the role of an Assistant Superintendent. I was promoted to Superintendent shortly after graduating from Cal State Long Beach with a BS in Construction Engineering Management. With the skills and knowledge I acquired from these experiences, I then was trained in Estimating and Project Management. Along with being the Estimator for assigned clients, once projects were approved I would then take them to completion as the Project Manager and Superintendent. In recent years my duties were focused solely on Estimator for all projects.
