As a tax partner at Cohen & Company, I advise closely held and private equity owned businesses in a variety of industries with a focus on pass-through entities, tax planning and transaction structuring. I am involved in technical areas of taxation, including accounting methods, international concerns, partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions. I also serve on the firm’s team providing clients with expertise on opportunities stemming from the Inflation Reduction Act. Additionally, I lead Cohen & Company’s Accounting Methods Group, am a member of the Technical Transaction Group and am involved in developing the Tax Practice’s training curriculum.
