  United States Patent and Trademark Office EMSSystems Engineer AdvisorMr. Vera is responsible for the architecture, administration, maintenance and operations of these EMS systems at the USPTO: Micro Focus Operations Bridge Manager (OBM) and Network Node Manager (NNMi) and OpenNMS. He is similarly responsible for the ancillary applications which include PostgreSQL, Grafana, Prometheus, Elasticsearch and rsyslog. Robert maintains production, backup, disaster recovery and lab implementations of the aforementioned systems.
