• Monitor and update preventative maintenance records and perform services when required.• Conduct regular inspections on all utilities, electrical power, and water for the facility.• Manage all subcontractor activities.• Review and compare all bids to ensure cost remains within budget guidelines.• Coordinate schedules.• Manage Projects.• Manage and maintain inventory levels of necessary parts and supplies and also serves as a liaison between project and all vendors.• Work with Management to schedule system upgrades• Assists with critical negotiations for new carpeting and tile, evaluated bids and recommended vendor.• Works closely with Human Resources and other departments to prevent any work related injuries.• Manage Security officers on site and established their post orders.• Paint; light electrical work; plumbing; build/take down cubicles and other office items.• Install appliances.
