Maintenance Engineer

The main duties of the role are as follows:- Carry out all planned preventative maintenance in line with all warranty and maintenance schedules.Attend daily meetings and report with updates.- Respond as a matter of urgency to any site emergency requirements.- Coordinate and ensure an effective response to all reactive maintenance requirements.- Ensure all Operational and Maintenance Manuals are kept relevant and up to date.- Effectively manage the maintenance workshop and any other maintenance areas to ensure a safe and clean working environment is maintained at all times.

Responsible for keeping the factory of blow-molding/Injection machines in production.Electrically biased with in depth knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatics. Main responsibilities include but not limited to;- Attending all factory breakdowns- Repairing production machinery in a timely manor- Fault finding on all equipment- Maintaining sufficient stock- Carrying out planned maintenance- New machinery installation and initial setup

Primary functions are to ensure all equipment is prepared, tested and repaired for offshore project deployments. To carry out electrical safety and integration tests as required. To act as technical support and customer service to all clients.Equipment used includes: Positioning equipment – ROV sensors – ROV tooling – Sonar Equipment – Data Acquisition – Geophysical and Hydrographic – Oceanographic equipment.

Completing oil and gas exploration, engineering investigations and hazard site surveys.Mobilising Sercel 408 seal systems on various vessels along with other equipment.To repair survey equipment to component level.
