My title included giving “ tours ” and handling the accounts of prospect buyers and clients who have already purchased. Tours would entail 2 hours direct person to person sales pitch on the vacation product being sold. Handling of accounts would range from explaining the financing to get clients involved in the program, and maintaining a great rapport with said customer to ensure satisfaction on the product they purchased and how their monetary account was handled. All clients required follow ups continues for 5 years. ● Top sales performance in gross from February ● Perfecting and maintaining my knowledge on vacation sales ● Top in sales at Location and in Company repeatedly ● Mastering many programs within RPI and Preferred Access ● Hitting Gross Expectations and beyond for over 6 consecutive months ● I have maintained a 30% percent closing rate within resort sales which is considered top 7% in the nation.
