- Provide support and feedback for business case managers and maintain relationships with mutual funds associates- Conduct new employee training, quality control, and delegate tasks to team members- Produce daily workload reports - Cooperates with case managers that all requested paperwork be sent out in a timely manner- Accountable for filing and boxing of paperwork

- Transfer monetary assets between Prudential and recipient client- Accountable for managing meticulous accounts to assure funds will be timely and properly liquidated- Quality control of new employees to make certain that tasks are being completed efficiently
