Norton Rose Fulbright are a global law practice with 8,000 users in 50 countries. ⦁ Provided technical consultancy for global cloud SBC project. ⦁ Fast tracked global migrations to MS Teams calling, whilst ensuring audio quality. ⦁ Upgraded and secured global Skype for Business infrastructure.

Contributed to WWT's transformation of Elanco; a global pharma company with 7,000 users in 70 sites. ⦁ Migrated offices to MS Teams voice, via PowerShell scripts, SBC direct routing & number porting. ⦁ Designed resilient voice routing for both cloud and physical SBCs.

Role covered EMEA excluding France; 7,500 users in 15 countries. Architect, designer, and project manager, of large-scale network / voice / security / video / UCC infrastructure projects: ⦁ Voice Services Renewal Program. Devised the strategy for renewing the bank’s EMEA centralised voice infrastructure, whilst relocating to new data centres. New SBCs, mediation servers, IP trading voice system, provider trunks, cisco trunks, voice recording system and new fax servers. 80 changes completed over a 12-month period with no adverse impact. ⦁ Kleinwort Benson private bank acquisition featuring one onshore and 3 offshore locations. Project managed integration of CUCM clusters, followed by cluster merge and consolidations. Pandemic response; spearheaded migration to Skype telephony for the combined private bank. ⦁ Skype telephony introduction (enterprise voice): Architect, designer, project manager. Introduced mediation servers and compliant SBCs. Created Powershell dial-plan template and LLD; used in rollouts to London and several European cities. ⦁ NewEdge brokerage acquisition. Technical architect, lead engineer and project manager for integration programme. Introduced SBCs and created dial-plans for global voice integration. ⦁ CUCM introduction, as an architect, designer, and program manager. 1.25-year £500K PBX replacement project with 3-year ROI. ⦁ SIP Trunking project: Business case, design, provider selection, implementation, and migrations. Created the associated corporate architectural standard.

⦁ Upgraded and expanded CUCM, UCCX, and network infrastructure. ⦁ Won backing for enterprise-scale IP contact centre, collected requirements, put to tender, selected solution.

3rd-line resolution of network, voice, and security issues.

As Network Manager led a team of network analysts to stabilise, manage, and monitor the network. Upgraded network management platforms and introduced network monitoring and probes. Later, as Project Manager, server-farm, client, and security networks.
