Robert Haley serves as an Executive Vice President & General Counsel for Lutheran Services Florida, Inc., (LSF); a statewide, non-profit, human services agency dedicated to helping all people in need. LSF’s diverse array of services include; the Child Care Food Program, Head Start and Early Head Start, Foster Care and Adoptions Case Management, Youth Shelters and Family Crisis Counseling Programs, Guardianship and Adult Advocacy Programs, Employment, Refugee, Unaccompanied Minors, and Immigration Programs. Robert formerly served as Senior Associate Attorney with a Tampa Bay area law firm. In this role, he primarily practiced in the area of plaintiff's side civil disputes including; wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and mass tort proceedings.After graduating cum laude from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education, specializing in history and political science, Robert earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law. While in law school, he served as chairman of the university’s Moot Court Board and received a Chief Justice Thomas J. Moyer Fellowship from the Ohio State Bar Foundation based on his research connecting legal education programs to youth in under-served communities.Rob is a member in good standing of The Florida Bar.
