Responsible for all in-country operations of the General Dynamics Information Technology advisory team at the National Defence Academy of Georgia. Senior Advisor to the academy leadership, specifically the Rector (Superintendent) and Vice Rector (Dean), but also supports and advises the Commandant on systemic issues. Responsible for advising on issues of and improving academic standards, Quality Assurance and Improvement, Systems Analysis, creating innovative strategies for problem solving, and process monitoring.

Professor, Head of Department for Georgia's inaugural undergraduate major of Defense and Security Studies. Contributed to establishing the nation's first graduate course in Defense Analysis. Currently establishing the first Center of Excellence for Defense and Security Issues in the nation.

Works in close concert with the Deputy Rector of the National Defence Academy of Georgia to develop a Ministry of Education-accredited, detailed curricula for the first-ever Master's degree programmes in Defense Studies and Analysis, Civil-Military Relations and Sustainment, and International and Regional Security. Additionally responsible for advising on refinements to the existing Bachelor's degree courses/curricula and for developing a new Defense and Strategic Studies curriculum. Advises as to best practice for academic programmes' structure and implementation.

Responsible for Course Developement and delivery for: (a) MA5402-Globalisation and Business Strategy--an interdisciplinary, practical graduate course designed to familiarise students with the threats to business and trade arising from globalisation. The course includes classwork, 3 visits from CEOs of pre-globalised and globalised companies, a practical exercise, and a course paper designed to take the student from awareness through to basic Risk Managment techniques; (b) MA5425 Contemporary English Skills for Business and Politics--a graduate-level course designed to improve the English language and processing skills of reading, researching, critically assessing sources, debating, presenting, writing reports, and more for the target audience of professionals and students.
