Within this role I am responsible for the day to day running of a fully managed service agreement which includes such tasks as co-ordinating goods in for all placed purchase orders and liaising with AAM about any shortages and booking the delivered stock onto the warehouse stock inventory system. Arranging daily courier collections via NFT, TNT, UPS, DHL and FedEx for all goods out requests made via sale orders and RMA’s and informing the customer of such information as Serial Number’s, Tracking Number and Delivery ETA’s.As well as the processes of goods in and out I am responsible for the driving of the weekly cycle counts and quarterly full stock takes and reporting of any differences between the warehouse stock inventories systems.On a daily basis I liaise with appropriate AAM contacts about RMA returns insuring that the RMA process that is in place is carried out in the correct manner and all parties involved are able to complete required tasks so that the operation flow is smooth and no site is without support or required stock and if any new parts are required to be created for order to be placed and shipments made. On a Monthly basis I am required to send reports to the operations director which include information for all shipment cost’s and levels of activities.Away from the role of AAM Warehouse Account supervisor I am responsible for ensuring that all pharmaceutical sale orders are placed on the warehouse system and the customer is updated on a daily basis about stock allocations and levels. And ensuring that all deliveries are booked onto the warehouse system and data logger is supplied to the customer via the logistics team and samples are sent to the required locations for testing and quarantine release. I also take care of all health and safety requirements for the warehouse and offices for the facility and ensure that all procedures are followed in a safe manner.

Managing the picking, packing and shipment process of digital cinema equipment across Europe, Africa and locally within the UK. Equipment comprised predominantly of projectors, servers, server racks, pedestals, audio equipment and cabling kits amongst other electrical products.Working with the Engineering Team to define and implement designed electrical products, and the production of raw materials into finished components. Making use of technical drawing to ensure production standards were adhered to.SAP administration of all equipment and raw materials receipts, production orders (Bill of Materials) to delivery and finally invoicing by the finance department.In the last 4 years Arts Alliance Media have converted the majority of screens in Europe & Africa to digital from 35mm. I have been involved in the despatch of this digital cinema equipment to: Italy 400 screens / 30 complexes, Spain 800 screens / 60 complexes, Netherlands 550 screens / 300 complexes, South Africa 700 screens/ 70 complexes, UK 300 screens / 250 complexes, Scandinavia 200 screens/ 25 complexes.
