As Interim General Manager Hilton Bournmouth I was responsible for project managing the transition from Hilton Managed to a Franchise operations. Implementing the new management company systems and processes of Michels and Taylor Hotel Management . As Director of Operations for London Town Hotel Group responsible for leading the General Managers if the 7 Hotels in the group. Including brands such as Indigo London-Paddington and Mecure brands. 2018 will see the refurbishment of the Ramada Leicester to the Holiday Inn Brand . Working in partnership with Bespoke Hotels .Following a career break I and now General Manager at Jurys and Leonardo Hotels leading the team at Jurys Inn Watford city center Hotel.
