As a Senior Docucare i am the first point of contact in Europe for any printer related issue whereupon i work to resolve any problems that have arisen and escalate further if i am unable to fix.

As a Docucare specialist my main role is the monitoring and sustaining of devices in use by the client, this can include manual and remote fixes, replenishing of consumable's and setting up of various functions on printers.The role is constantly evolving to fit the work place environment as it originally began as simple printer maintenance at the London site, then i was asked to aid with problems at other UK sites which has since escalated to include European sites as well.Now im in contact with the IT team on a regular basis to help resolve printer/network related issue's across all of Europe.

Handle jobs the client sends down to print, making the necessary changes and finishing the job to the correct specifications in the time frame required.Being able to communicate effectively with the customer and sometimes being able to deal with upset or unruly clients.

The role required the printing and binding of client documents.
