The role included managing a Tier 1 Design Consultancy co-located in Sydney and an Veolia subsidiary drafting service based out of Chennai India. This presented some communication challenges which needed intervention to maintain progress between the two design groups. The design also included contributions from a Veolia equipment supplier VWT and the Construction D&C Contractor responsible for the external pipeline and underground services.The project project had many stakeholders both from the client including a mine and a power station and the delivery team.
