A big part of screenwriting is research. Writing the film screenplay 'La Part des Anges' (The Angel's Share), took me to the Poitou Charentes in France to learn about Cognac production. The Angel's Share is the black residue which sticks to the ceilings and walls of the production area. In this case, it has a double meaning, because the 'angels' who get caught in a fire are two sisters - Yvette and Catherine. I photographed the area on my trusty Leica and used the images of cognac vines and French chateaux whilst writing.

I am an indepedent writer based in the UK. My main interest is in screenwriting, although I have also written short stories, feature articles and travel.

Sales and Marketing director.

As one of the Sales directors, part of my job took me abroard alot. I travelled to most of Europe, Japan and Australia. This was a combinaation of tasks; motivating distributors and sales agents as well as visiting consultants in Anaesthesia, Surgery, Dialysis and IVF.
