The Principal Research Group (PRG) is an assembly of like-minded scientists investigating high level service delivery and clinical decision-making in Applied Behavior Analysis. The core membership is represented by practitioners, seasoned researchers, and faculty from respected academic institutions. While the main focus of PRG is to develop and conduct studies by its permanent members, it is also a mission to reach out to other scientists and practitioners to facilitate development and execution of their own research interests. Dr. Wallander directs a team of behavior analysts in guiding the performance of direct care staff in implementing individualized behavior plans.

Dr. Wallander performs functional behavior assessments, develops treatment plans, provides direct therapy, consults with school & residential staff, and provides expert opinions and witness to the courts of Alabama.

Provided behavior analysis consultation and plan design in schools, homes, and other community settings.

Reviewed requests for services under the Medicaid Waiver Program in Florida for medical necessity according to Federal statutes.

Conducted file research extensively and performed field surveillance on cases. Provided research summaries and analyses of observed behavior to lead investigator, Grady Maxwell.
