I have spent many years growing sales, managing sales, overseeing/managing production, and ensuring that the proper products are being used on customers applications. I have many years of hands on experience of assembling, OEM kitting, and bundling hydraulic and industrial hose for many applications such as Pile Driving, Drilling, Mining, and many more. Through competing in many different hose industries and applications, I have gained an extensive range of knowledge of product brands such as Gates, Parker, Eaton, Flextral, Kurt, and many more.Throughout my 25-year career I have covered many aspects of the hose industry. I started in the early 1990’s as a heavy equipment mechanic at Sim’s Crane & Equipment where I was part of a team that completely rebuilt cranes from the ground up. In the mid 1990’s BI then went to work for Masthead Hose and Supply, now known as Bridgestone HosePower, for many years where I gained a wealth of Hydraulic and Industrial hose and fitting knowledge. Throughout my career at HosePower I started as a Mobile Service Technician replacing hoses in the field and then moved my way up through the ranks until achieving the position of Branch Manager, a position I held for many years. In February of 2013, I started a new company in the hose industry now known as “The Hose Company”. During my time managing and growing The Hose Company, I developed and introduced to the hose industry a new product line known as “Hydrauli-Flex” and the “Hydrauli-Flex” brand is still growing strong in the hose industry today. In my free time I enjoys camping, hunting, and fishing with my family. My family and I also enjoy helping those in need through disaster relief teams or mission trips throughout the US and other countries as well.
