I currently supervise contract agents and one company employee as they acquire rights of way and other related facilities. I also assist in midstream planning for SWN's upcoming new ventures. I am very familiar with document preparation and have implemented new documents and procedures to expedite and secure company interests in rights of ways. Through my work I have become familiar with the challenges and opportunities associated with working in regions with very strict regulatory issues, such as Pennsylvania.
