Lead the Team to finish BX200 project:80-120 Hp trator's Driveline localisation successfully. 1.Design & Release the drawing of front axle,transmission,transfer box,rear axle by ECN 2.Do trouble issues from supplier for the technical & manufacture issue. 3.Do the DVPR to ensure critical parts' quality and review gear & bearing's quality. 4.Support the suppliers effectively to solve manufacture/assembly issue((Casting/forging/Gear/Shaft/seal/bush/bearing/washer/gear measuring). 5.Know ISO 6336,ANSI Standard and heat treatment. 6.Know the basic Quality about TS16949 & ISO 14000 such as APQP,PPAP,6 Sigma,8D 7.Assemble the driveline's prototype and assist to do the test. 8.Do Driveline monthly Report to Senior PM. 9.Organise the technical symposium(Bearing/Lubrication/Brake/Clutch). 10.Do the cost reduction.
