I have over 35 years experience working in the commercial construction field and 25 years as a commercial superintendent. I come from a commercial carpentry background. I worked for one of Washington DC largest general contractors James G Davis for 12 years as a Superintendent doing high end office build outs, restaurants, medical, law firms, government and Retail stores. I moved to north Florida in 2006 and started working with a group building a senior living community. This was large 10 year project complete with club house/community center, residential homes, retail and hotel. I left there August of 2014 to take a position in South Florida with Hitt Contracting. Hitt is a great company based out of the Washington DC area with offices across the USA including South FL. Over the years I have worked with clients such as Exxon/mobil corp, Honda America, Reliastar Insurance, Lockheed Martin, American Federation of Teachers Union, University of Washington DC, British AeroSpace and more recently Morgan Stanley, Aveda Salon, PWC (Price Waterhouse Cooper), Amazon, AmWins, BDO USA and Blackstone.Recent project list.
