• Oversee recruiting, hiring, training and job duties of 50 to 80 staff and management members (in-person, virtually and nationally)• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.• Create and post job openings and screen incoming resumes. Set up and conduct interviews and post-interview assessments.• Build and maintain partnerships and relationships with community agencies and local businesses.• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.

• Oversee daily job duties of 20-30 staff; hire, train, coach and evaluate new employees. • Ensure that the company is compliant and on track to meet its financial goals by reviewing and auditing financial books and records.• Engage in the recruiting process by planning, coordinating, and overseeing promotional events, campus tours, family interviews, and other admissions activities.• Create and Maintain client files in accordance with state licensure requirements. • Complete and maintain monthly reports to ensure compliance for grant funding.
