Held position as lead estimator of construction estimating department; Held position as Project Manager over close-out and remodel projects as needed. Coordinated and managed all maintenance teams on all MFI properties. Assisted with communication between management and construction.

• Provide assistance to all project managers in corporate office as well as all satellite offices• Responsible for preparing sub-contracts and purchase orders, as well as executing change orders, RFIs, CFIs etc.• Maintain corrospondence with Owners and Architects, including jobsite draw meetings and construction progress meetings• Provide assistance with project estimates, as well as preparing estimates on my own using Timberline estimating software, including the preparation of lumber takeoffs• Field assistance was needed at the time by the company. I volunteered my services for the following: Provide assistance with field supervision, including generating and enforcing the completion of interior unit and exterior building punch-lists.

• Preparation of bids for metal buildings and concrete tilt-ups• Primary contact for subcontractors during bidding process
