I currently support and maintain our corporate WAN. I manage over 500 Cisco devices in numerous geographical locations. This position requires frequent travel and on call support 24X7. I maintain, install and support every device on our network to adhere to strict TELCO standards. I currently support Cisco 2900, 3000, 6000 series switches and 2600, 4000, 6000 and 7000 series routers. As our company has evolved I now support Cisco Nexus and Juniper MX80 and 480 network elements.

I swiftly moved to Switchman where I learned the Northern Telecom Switch.• While working outside Plant we were able to reduce company expenses by performing routine preventative maintenance on over 1000 OPM's and Reltecs. Prior to initiating this process all maintenance was outsourced to private contractors

Possessed a Top-secret Security Clearance. Set up phone systems, single and multiple, tans mediums, satellite, land phone lines and microwave. Worked on encrypting all communications with secure keys. Maintained up to date logs of keys in use and times of key replacements, to ensure constant communication was maintained.

Edwards Air Force Base

Repaired, calibrated and certified test measurement and diagnostic equipment. Ability to read engineering notes, schematics and communications data. Troubleshoot circuit boards down to component level. Capable of repairing and working with voltage, current, power impedance, frequency, microwave, temperature, physical dimensional and radiac equipment.
