Coastal Luxury Management was founded during the launch of the annual Pebble Beach Food & Wine festival. For myself, it was a way to follow my entrepreneurial passions while continuing to build relationships within the food and beverage industry. During my time as Chief Executive Officer and President, the organization grew from two employees to a team of 550. In addition, we launched four award-winning restaurants and two nationally recognized food and wine festivals. Coastal Luxury Management further elevated the dining scene in Monterey, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles, while transforming the national landscape of lifestyle events.

As Director of Food and Beverage I led a team at various hotel locations ranging from Park Hyatt Beaver Creak in Colorado to Hyatt on Printer's Row in Chicago to the Hyatt Regency New Orleans to the Park Hyatt Carmel Highlands. This role taught me so much of what I know about financial management and leadership, as I increased top line revenue while encouraging my team to have fun while doing so.
