Project Manager
Oversees the implementation and execution of public health infectious disease surveillance and immunization services programming for the state of Arizona. Monitors project scope, compliance, staffing, resources, and budget; updates Director of Public Health on project status and needs. • Developed standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and protocols to administer effective contact tracing in compliance with regulatory requirements.• Hired, trained, and managed a team of up to 250 associates in conducting upward of 1,500 calls per day; decreased staffing to 50 associates while consistently meeting call volume demands and quality.• Implements process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce HIPAA and PHI violations; responds to any violations with corrective actions and appropriate reporting.• Coaches and mentors team to improve knowledge, performance, productivity, and compliance.• Guides decision-making and facilitates interpretation of protocols related to core public health services, COVID-19 response, and immunization services administration.• Verifies accurate invoicing and billing for services to maintain up-to-date financial records and budget.• Tracks program metrics and reporting prepared by data team to meet requirements set by AM LLC and the Health Department.
