assist in creation of new die designs, building dies from the ground up and running them in to create a good product and repeatable process for production personnel. Assist production with troubleshooting procedures . Work with vendors in compound development for new products.

- Manage Between 9 and 12 people on the shift, overseeing all their job operations- Set up lines, and complete first inspection of all parts for approval to run.-Trouble shoot issues with parts while coordinating with quality control to insure good parts are being made.- Enforce all safety and shop rules and restrictions in compliance with OSHA, 5-s, and ISO guidelines.- Communicate with the floor and the front office over all pressing needs VIA lead meetings and E-mail- Perform performance reviews of all employee's on shift twice yearly- Perform die work when needed, including hand work i.e. using tools to modify die's by hand so they will perform better.- Work with the development team in the creation of new products, including creating new set-ups for parts and establishing how they will best run.- Training new employee's in all procedures in both the "A" operator and "B" operator positions.

- Set up, run, and maintain a line for the duration of a job. Sometimes including several jobs in one shift- Use calipers, durometers, comparitors, prints, check gauges, and metals to inspect quality of part at set up and during the course of a job.- Record hourly line charts to ensure line is running as expected during job, and to keep track of and record material usage, salt usage, track shrink rates of parts, and compound changes.- Inspect and set up downline equipment for job including cutters, talc machines, lube applicators, spray booths, string machines, coiling tables, and auto winders.- Communicate directly with Quality control over small issues and trouble shoot all problems on line.- Use programs such as Made to Manage and Unipoint to inspect parameters of product and record important information about how the job ran.- Read set up specs at start of job to obtain correct material and packaging, and to gain information about how job runs the best.- Create labels for packaging and apply as instructed.- Make all packaging material during run, run part and pack at the same time.- Retain and submit hourly samples for quality control.

- Assist "A" operators in all job duties- Create packaging for all jobs- Assist in the set up of all jobs, including set up of all downline equipment, changing dies, changing compound, and stringing lines- run down line equipment such as cutters, auto winders, box makers, talc machines, and multiple strand splitters.- Maintain line while "A" operator is off line performing other job duties.

-Pick orders to be loaded onto to trucks with high accuracy- Operate electric pallet jacks, tow motors, and slip machines- receive trucks and stock product in warehouse-work in freezer, produce, and dry section of warehouse- create and load trailers for outgoing product.
