PFI contract management and mobilization for Yorkshire SchoolsR&D for BIM and Government Soft Landings

Management of the Technical Services Department. Including A Maintenance Manager and a Projects Manager.Sub-contractor management.Service charge budget management as well as life cycle budgets.Development and implementation of the Centre’s maintenance strategies.Duty management of all onsite staff.Management / specification and negotiation of all subcontractor and sub contract staff including shop fits.Manage and deliver small works projects (circa £250k)Ensure all operational and technical delivery systems are in place during a major £40 Million refurbishment of the shopping Centre.Continual contractor reviews to ensure value for money. And is delivered in line all expectations.

To renegotiate all service contracts inline with company requirementsTo develop and implement protocols and procedures for management of service contracts including Waste services and environmental servicesImprove and implement Permits to work and safe systems of work for the control of contractors.Implement operational procedures for all statuary works and inspectionsEnsure works and management systems conform with ISO 14001 / ISO 18001 /ISO 9001Control budget reviews and control measures.Co-ordinate PPM systems with operations and manufacturing targets to improve down times.

To provide operational support to the delivery of all Facilities Management contracts under the control of the central service desk. Covering PFI / BSF / NHS Lift and traditional FM contracts.To set up / develop and mobilize a specialized customer service desk for the businessTo provide asset collection and management to the contracts managed by the central service desk.Ensure all Planed preventative maintenance systems are in place and correctly updated for all contracts along with asset collection and management. And in line with all relevant Health and Safety requirements.Recruit / train and manage the Central customer service desk team.Provide monthly contractual reports for all contracts to ensure all SLA’s and KPI’s are met for each contract.Performance monitor both Hard and Soft FM contracts and contractors.Provide contract support services to operational teams both remote and onsite.Attend client meetings for each contract to support relevant contract managers across the UK.
