Construction Administration - Panorama Tower. - Panorama Tower, an 82 story building under construction in Miami, FL, will be the largest primarily residential tower south of New York. - Coordinating with owner/architect and general contractor to provide structural analysis for any structural elements that may have changed during construction phase- Review subcontractor submittals for structural steel, concrete, masonry, and manufactured products to ensure shop drawings conform to structural drawings- Perform structural analysis as to the feasibility of adding additional features to the building including an 11 story canopy feature, a pool, and various planters. Design & Development and Construction Documents Phase - Brickell Flatiron- Brickell Flatiron is a future 67 story residential tower in Miami, FL.- Created reinforcing schedule for lateral elements (shear walls and link beams) using CSI ETABS and Microsoft Excel.-Able to quickly and efficiently meet changes presented by owner/architect by creating custom macros in Microsoft Excel to quickly replicate common Excel tasks related to structural design.

Construction Administration Phase- University of Florida's Clinical and Translation Research Building- Coordinated construction manager's efforts in pursuit of project's LEED Platinum designation.- Logged and confirmed that all subcontractors and material providers were adhering to strict LEED standards set forth by USGBC and project's technical specifications.- Served as ACE mentor on behalf of Skanska to help foster a passion for math and science in local high school students at Eastside High School in Gainesville, FL
