Contributed Applications and Analysis support of Hospital-based processing systems for Patient Management, Financial Services, Supply Chain and User Access management. • Supported Trinity's implementation of NetIQ's Identity Governance, running on Windows 2016 and Tomcat. Previously supported the Access Governance Suite product, under Linux.• Contributions to Identity Governance/Access Governance Suite support included software, upgrade, and specific software patch installation, configuration of test environment, customization of email templates, addition of Trinity branding to HTML screens, customization of reports in XML and Javabeans, creation of auxiliary Java applications, creation of SQL queries for reporting purposes, and functional process analysis.Developed Subject Matter expertise of Lawson Supply Chain Security, including Security Codes, Requester privileges, and Hand-Held Device access.• Support responsibilities for Supply Chain Security also included review and audit of System Access Requests, maintenance and enforcement of user access standards, and assistance with Requisition issues pertaining to User Security rights.Provided analysis and programming support of McKesson Series 2000 AS/400 application, as well as financial interfaces to Series. • Analyzed, coordinated, and created process to receive Check and Statement images from Mellon Bank, integrate local batch numbers for indexing, and load the images into IBM’s OnDemand Content Manager system. Later refined this process so that it can run on the i5 as a regularly- scheduled job. Expanded process to send images to a different Content Management system and to replicate it for other Trinity Ministry Organizations. • Analyzed Patient, Insurance, and Charge processing within Series 2000 to create extract files for integration into HealthQuest application.
