As a Senior Systems Engineer with Synoptek I was focused primarily on collaboration. This included planning, designing and building multi-site Exchange Database Availability Groups across data centers in different geo locations in the continental US, as well as planning and performing SharePoint and Exchange migrations from on-premise to 365. Most recently I became a certified Teams Administrator and I worked with our product team to help develop a service definition for Teams, this includes assisting customers with the adoption of Teams across their user base, assisting with security and governance best practices as well as general consultation and training.
