Compiling WPS/PQR for heater box (Pressure vessel) as per NB/T 47014-2011, EN 15614 and AD2000Compiling WPS/PQR for Manifold (Piping) as per NB/T 47014-2011, EN 15614 and PED.Maintain routing and material in SAP system for heater box(Pressure vessel) and manifold(Piping),coordinate with supply chain, ware house and Quality department on relative issues.Make remedy procedure for re-work and repair project from outside and inside of companyWelder training and welder qualification management, set up welder archiveKUKA ROBOT programming and welding operator training. set up robot program manage system maintain it.On-site manufacturing random check, make sure relevant regulation and specification is strictly following during welding, assembly, piping bending and so on.

 As a supplier quality engineer , main duties is to conduct following activities as per API code and WFT specification:• Supplier auditing for castings, forgings, steel pipe, heat treatment, Phosphating, Nitriding and mills• Check the equipment capacity and personnel competent of the potential vendor for the commodity• Check the calibration record of the testing equipment • Investigate the contract evaluation of supplier, to check whether it can meet WFT requirement• Review process control specification/instruction for key process• Review process control record to confirm the traceability• Issue audit report and follow up the corrective action.• Make the audit schedule As a welding engineer and metallurgist,the main duty is to perform the following job as per Drawings, WFT specification, ASME, ASTM and AWS: • Review the WPS/PQR as per AWS D1.1 and ASME section nine• Witness the welder/welding operator qualification as per AWS D1.1 and ASME section nine• Quality issue analysis related to metallic material for vendors and WFT facility • The raw material including ferrous, non-ferrous(nickel base alloy, Copper alloy, aluminum), the shape of material including plate, forging, piping and shapes• Acceptance inspection for oil field equipment such as well head, pump unit, sucker rod as per ASME, ASTM and API code.• Compile WFT specification for metallic material, heat treatment and welding, familiar with Nace 0175, communicate with colleagues from US for key issues.

1.Perform technical support(mainly risk assessment) during bidding period.2.Estimate the quantity of welding consumables that would be used during fabrication.3.Perform welding procedure specification qualification of steel structure，pipe rack of ocean engineering and chemical module.3.Training welder and welding operator as per relevant code.4.Familiar with AWS D1.1，ASME Ⅸ，ASME SEC. Ⅳ DIV 1,EN 13445,EN287-1 and EN15614 etc.5.Familiar with weldability of heat resistance steel,low temperature steel,stainless steel and nickel alloy.6.Familiar with automatic welding process such as GTAW,FCAW,GMAW,SAW etc.

1.Prepare welding procedure specification for pressure vessels as per ASME,GB & EN code.2.Prepare procedure qualification record as per ASME , NB/T47014 & EN15614 etc.3.Training welder/welding operator & help welder/welding operator to gain qualification certificate as per ASME /EN 287-1.4.Participate pre-bid meeting with sales personnel.5.Familiar with fabrication procedure of hydrogen reactor, heat exchanger, columns & separator etc.6.Shoot the trouble appeared during manufacturing.7.Maintain the quality assurance system, cooperate with quality management personnel to finish ASME & GB certificate renewal job, prepare PED certification for pressure vessels.
