HONORABLE ROBERT S. WEINER, ESQ. Robert (Bob) Weiner was first elected to serve as 2nd District Councilman with New Castle County Council in Delaware; a position he has held since 1996. Bob served as New Castle County Council Land Use Chair from 1997-2003. He served as Board Chairman of the Institute of Building Technology & Safety from 2009 to 2010; and IBTS board member from 2003 to 2011. He is in private practice and is an associate with the national law firm of Fox Rothschild LLP. He has lectured to Delaware State Bar Association members regarding local zoning regulations and has authored numerous articles about land use management and transportation.
