CurrentAfter 48 harvests I have decided to hang up my pruning shears. What a incredible career. The last fifteen with E&J Gallo has been the perfect finish, what a Great Family & Company, having the opportunity to work with so many professionals and to help innovate, lead, coach and develop the future of the business has been so rewarding! I’m now going to focus on spending more time enjoying life with my incredible wife who has been the best partner throughout my career as a Frost and Harvest Widow with the only question asked when I was running out the door at 2:00 am was what can I do to help or bringing dinner to the crush pad when everything was running late, all along driving her own CPA career and raising three Great Children. I’ve been blessed to work in this industry and to drink the fruits of my labor every night! Off to travel, dabble running our own vineyard, a little consulting, hunting, fishing, gardening and turn all that into wonderful meals. I want to thank all of those who helped me throughout my career! All the Best! Rob
