Current- This role was initiated by finance as part of the regulatory intercompany project. The role was to incorporate an automated process to bring strict control to the creation of internal sub accounts. This is a self.
- Liaising with my project manager in finance change (Singapore) to establish the project objectives, the controls requested by the regulator and the desired product for the business.
- Liaising with all areas of the global model to determine how best to implement the process and which systems it should be implemented.
- Write documents showing the business requirements for the Head of departments to sign off and for IT to base their functional requirements on.
- Determined the need to introduce compulsory approval milestones to gain full control of internal sub accounts.
- Liaised with IT to introduce a report to monitor any changes to the internal population until the live date, thus gaining a manual control while the new process develops.
