Rob West is Foresight’s Operations Manager for the Jacksonville office. He is responsible for expanding client relationships, improving operational procedures and bringing top flight talent to the organization. Beyond managing and directing workflow, and overseeing quality control and safety conformance, West implements a passionate approach to construction, which he attributes to helping his dad build things as a child.Since joining Foresight in 2018, Rob has contributed greatly to the success of his team and clients through leadership and mentoring. Throughout his 25-year career, he has served several different industries including Federal Government (Department of Defense), commercial, education and healthcare. Rob is also a proponent of life-long learning. He holds a Business Management Certificate from Sears University, a Refrigerant Certification from ESCO Institute and has completed higher education coursework.
