My primary responsibility is to contribute to the success of the individual annuity department as liaison between the clients who are purchasing annuities and the brokers who sell them. I build product illustrations for the brokers and describe the mechanics of processing an annuity application so that their client's investment may be in force as quickly and possible. Once the annuity is in force I provide on going support and superior customer service to the client throughout the life time of their investment. I process Medicaid friendly Single Premium Annuities, Stable Income Annuities, and Tailored Income Annuities. I also process large distributions, and outgoing and incoming transfers of tax qualified and non tax qualified investments. I also provide customer service and product advice to clients who's deferred annuities have matured, and open their eyes to the great conveniences of establishing an immediate payout annuity with The Standard. Another primary responsibility is processing death claims, I reach out to beneficiaries of annuities relaying important information to them in a sensitive time and providing them support as they deal with the complex responsibilities of handling their family members estates and trust accounts. In addition to these responsibilities I make myself readily available to help all other areas of the individual annuity department, including the call center team, the distribution team, the sales and marketing team, etc...

I provided superior customer service in a retail, private, and commercial banking atmosphere. I processed transactions, referred banking products, handled compliance operations, and bookkeeping. I handled large amounts of cash, ordered the bank's cash to maintain weekly operations, and contributed to the bank's success through assisting the personal bankers with their book of business, and opening clients eyes to new products and suggestions that would make their banking relationship better server their needs, etc...

I was a studio camera operator, a floor director, and a promotions editor. I worked in a live studio television broadcast atmosphere, my position would rotate to different areas of the studio operations as they were needed. I operated cameras, ran the teleprompter machine, set up lights, directed the live on air talent, etc...I also edited a 20 second commercial spot on a weekly basis that promoted some of the weeks top news stories.

I worked in a fast paced grocery store atmosphere. I began as a courtesy clerk doing anything and everything the store needed from bagging groceries to stocking shelves. Then I became a cashier at the age of 18, and moved on to managing the dairy department, working night crew stocking shifts, and by the end of my career I had also become a back up bookkeeper, auditing tills, balancing the store safe, order cash, etc...
