Contract role to scope and develop a new product on the digital platform and also provide technical expertise to automated credit decisioning of small consumer loans. Contract role extended to cover the migration of small ($30M) P2P loan portfolio.

Responsible for credit quality of the lending portfolio, including corporate, property, infrastructure and resource finance/lending. Oversight of all aspects of risk management within Australia. Strategic direction on all problem loan matters and restructuring.Key role on Credit Committee and Risk Review Committee.Successfully reduced the level of problem loans and sale of loan portfolios.

Start up business. Established the credit and operations aspects of a new business. Responsible for all lending originations and management of collections / loan work outs and enforcement.Preparation of Board reports and associated minutes.

Managed the credit and collections functions of a niche lending business dedicated to the health industry. Responsible for the quality and direction of the lending portfolio within the Board's set risk criteria. Integrated new lending values and processes to be consistent with the NAB's.

Credit management of high end consumer customers, secured and unsecured. Management of all workout matters and enforcement activities. Manage the expectations of key stakeholders, business and Board, as to the lending quality of the portfolio and oversight of risk returns.
