CurrentRealising that there is more to work than just sub contracting as a one man band, started up P&R as a new business venture with my current working partner; we took on joinery packages for large Construction companies and Shopfitters employing sub contractors to get the jobs done. Renting workshop and office space from an established shopfitting business who recognised our potential, we undertook joinery manufacturing projects in addition to the site work. A steady growth enabled us to move premises and expand our direct work force; investing in modern technology was key to our ability to strengthen our position in the industry. Studying for various qualifications to meet changing legislation and the need to manage a growing business lead to me coming off the tools and being in my current position; a job that I am passionate about and fully committed to.
