The most rewarding aspects of my university roles have been training faculty and administrators to devise and implement effective strategic planning processes, and helping them to prepare the University for success in external reviews and accreditation. In the Government sector, my rewarding roles have been projects that improve the way in which researchers interact with the end-users of the research.
