Having recently completed my Advanced Diploma in Computer Systems Technology (Cybersecurity) with Chisholm Institute and I am keen to work within this professional sector. I have also completed the CCNA Cybersecurity Operations certificate, one of the first groups in Australia to do so.Part of the Advanced Diploma entailed configuring and maintaining CISCO networks, setting up switches and routers, Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks and printers I also did a lot of ethical hacking and penetration testing using various programs in KALI Linux (Nmap, Metasploit, Nikto, OWASP, Burp and Vulnerability scanning)In my previous experience I have demonstrated punctuality and reliability. I have worked in teams in different environments, where skills gained were a priority along with communicating well with all customers. I am supportive and considerate of others when working in teams and attending to customers and I am very keen to succeed in a role that allows me to provide a quality service.Having Worked for Foxtel in a Customer Service full time role from 2012-2015 I had many roles including dealing with customers, working in a fast and timely manner, working within a team environment as well as individual. I have an extensive knowledge within the computer industry and am always willing to learn.
